"Una estancia tranquila"

La atencion del personal fue muy buena, la ubicacion del hotel es muy buena con una muy buena playa en frente, la variedad de comida y bebidas esta muy bien. adicional el hotel tiene muy buenos beneficios extras

La habitación es muy sencilla y vieja, los elevadores son demorados en ocasiones y casi no hay rampas para discapacitados o coches de bebes. adicionalmente desde que hicimos la reserva habíamos solicitado una cuna y nunca nos la llevaron, dijeron que no había disponibilidad.

Buen show nocturno. Personal amable.

En el cuarto habían 2 aires acondicionados y uno no servía bien, la puerta del baño se trabaja, la puerta de la habitación tenía la puerta muy caída y se arrastraba contra el piso. Y se demoraron 1 hora en entregarnos la habitación. Check-in a las 4:00pm

La comida estaba rica y el servicio del personal, todos muy atentos. Principalmente Florentino.

Los espacios de la piscina, el corredor afuera de la habitación estaba sucio, cin basura durante toda la estadía. En la habitación había una puerta que la separaba de la del lado y se escuchaba todo lo de esa habitación.

Buenas habitaciones cómodas

En general estuvo bueno lo malo es que no cuentan con parqueo propio para los carros y toca dejarlos por fuera esto ocasiona que esté uno un poco incómodo con su vehículo expuesto a peligros robos etc.
