A little pricey for the state of the hotel

Pool wasn't open, maybe because it was filthy. hotel was very dated.location wasn't bad

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub.

Our first night there, the hotel staff prepared a pot roast and mashed potato dinner which was included in our stay. Very delicious. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night either above or next to our room. Sounded like people throwing things against the walls or floor. Lasted for more than 10 minutes.

Convenient location. Very good breakfast.

Mildew smell came out of the air conditioner it was so bad made u sick they didnt have any rooms avaliable the staffwas great

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Could use some fresh carpet, paint and linens, but otherwise great.

Our bathroom had hair all over the floors, dirty bathtub with mold, the chair in our room had a massive what appeared to be urine stain, the floor above even with mild movement awoke us at 530am, the bedspreads smelt of mildew and were clearly reused for multiple guests, pillows are the size of a throw pillow……..for $156 per night I would have rather rented a Tahoe and slept in it.

The guy at front desk was obnoxious & rude. The 1st room I got was not even made or cleaned. Sheets laying on floor, dirty towels, totally uncalled for, why would you even try and have someone stay in an unprepared room?? When I went to front desk the obnoxious rude desk clerk asked what was the problem, I explained the situation and he asked what do you want me to do about it. The second room was made but the odor was unbearable. When I asked him about it he said again what do you want me to do about it, not my problem. No offer of another room or any compensation !! I've stayed here before and it was nice clean and quiet. Also the beds were like sleeping on concrete blocks. No elevator, had to pack my suitcase up stairs then back fown after moving me to a different room. I will NEVER stay here again if I have to pay for rudeness!!
