"Very good 4 star hotel in Bologna!"

Upgraded to a suite, big room, it even had a treadmill, nice breakfast with good variety of food and juices, front desk personnel spoke good English and were service oriented, close to train station.

Shower was in the bath tub, partition was short so it was easy to wet the bathroom floor when showering. Suggest you put a larger partition or find another solution.

"Beautiful affordable hotel"

Great location, close to the train station and an easy walk to attractions. The hotel is beautiful, the room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with wide choices. The reception staff where very helpful with check-in and holding our bags. Great value for money.

"I have stayed with UNA since 2000, but this hotel needs help."

Very little unfortunately

The air conditioning did not function in spite of being promised a lower temperature. The toilet seat was detached, the sink did not drain and the tub-shower was nearly impossible to exit safely.
