Quiet newly renovated safe great cust service easy access to the highway

Don’t understand why they didn’t clean the bathrooms or change the sheets we were there for a week and the room smelled like cigarette smoke

I didn’t like the curtains anyone could see in and I could see anyone walking by. That’s a scary thing.

Check in took about 20 minutes, despite there only being one other guest trying to check in before me. When I pulled up, the first thing I noticed was damage to one of the columns in front of the building and trash in the parking lot, which just is not a good look. The room was fine for the most part, save for the fact that there were ants in the room. Woke up to itching because of ant bites and even picked up my phone on the night stand to find ants on my phone. The room was fine for the price but the atmosphere of this hotel was undesirable.

Slow check in. Charges fees not mentioned. Heater unit made loud clanking noise. Locks on door didn’t work. Blow dryer didn’t work. No elevator. Location was easy to navigate and easy to get to.

Service was lack took way to long to check in even with paying ahead of time. The room was nice and clean beds were soft and great. At around 1030am as we packed the door opened it was the cleaning people they stood there for 15 minutes waiting on us to leave made my friends and i feel rushed to leave. Other than thst it was a nice room.

Cooper was excellent in taking a horrible situation with hotels.com, and making it the most pleasant. This trip was not only extremely emotional for me, but life changing. Cooper was understanding, and empathetic and for that, I will always remember this location and his kindness. To his manager: promote him.😊

this hotel is clean and comfortable - we are a family of five with two teens so the three-bed option is amazing for us! It says newly renovated, and you can tell that is true. We couldn't find a working vending machine when we checked in at 8:30 in the evening and the front desk person told us that their little snack store was closed, so we had to go to a near-by gas station. I've never experienced that at a hotel before, so that's something I would say needs to be looked into. I would stay again mainly for the space and sleeping arrangements.
