I reslly enjoyed the beach and different pools offered.. food was also good in the restaurant however its not kids / disability friendly due to the steps etc.

Top preferred hotel in sharm el sheikh

Advantages: Mostly everything was good, staff are nice and funny, transportation is available around the hotel, facilities are good too, many swimming pool options and a bar is available too on the pool, beach is super nice and beautiful. Disadvantages: rooms are pretty small and old, no hot water in the bath, AC is very old and for the first two days it wasn't working at all, there was no elevators in our building, we had to go 3 levels up walking, food is normal nothing special, sometimes taxi’s are not allowed inside, it depends on the security’s mood. I asked and paid for a room with sea and pool view but what i got was a room with a big tree view, I barely saw anything else. But everything else was good and nice, we enjoyed the stay and mostly the beach and pool area which are the most important thing for me in this trip. I recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the beach activities and only use the room for sleeping.

Nice experience

The gate keeper asked me for a card that you supposed to show to leave , almost like your in prison. Told him they gave me the card and didn't tell me any thing or what it's used for. The guy even cussed me out when I left and I could hear him but I my taxi was here and I needed to leave. U feel the staff in hotel are less trained, under stress and very casual.

The beach is amazing and the wifi is good, but every thing else is average including food and animation team compared to other teams in different hotels. Its all inclusive but with rules like where u can eat or what to drink. Also leaving and coming in the hotel is terrible, they don't let the taxi in because they want you to use their own limo. Food options are available for extra only. From the first day u feel there is difference in treatment. Also there is a disco that is the worst place to be in sharm. Idk how this supposed to be best hotel in 2024. It's only the beach and pools are nice but that's it.

If you are English steer clear. Staff are polite but very limited English and frankly they can’t be bothered. Checked in but no details on where we could eat or drink so all inclusive we ended up paying for dinner the first night as the not included cafe has the same name as the hidden included restaurant in the same area. Couldn’t order room service as no one spoke English to take the order. The pool view was the pool that was closed and had diggers working all day and into the night at about 3am for the first 3 nights with a crane working the last night for the big finish. Pool opened for half a day then closed again for another day. Reception area is a disgrace, couldn’t care less and shockingly bad at answering questions, made me wonder if the staff were all new! 1 person doing check in while half a dozen others watched. I wouldn’t come back here if it was free. Literally the worst hotel I have been too which is a shame as the hotel itself could be nice if it had any organisation

This was a really nice resort, the staff here are very friendly and every where was very clean. They had shuttle bus running around the resort and various entertainment and water sports going on. I would definitely stay here again
