The room was clean, but it felt damp and smelled musty. I know that the area had just had some flooding, but I’m wondering if the rooms always smell like that. Staff was great and very friendly.

"Unpleasant illegal environmental smell."

Floor was saturated with a strong smell of marijuana the entire length of my stay. We are senior citizens and can have respiratory issues from prolong exposure of this type of smell.

"Really bad"

We didn’t not had a great time. The humidity level was way too high. Something was wrong at the minute we entered at the lobby. We had a two days stay booked, but when we entered the room, it was clear that we will not be able to stay there. The room smell bad, the bathtub was dirty, it was dark. We have a kid with asthma and because of the humidity level, we were unable to sleep there. So we went downstair in less than 5 minutes prior to our arrival. But the refuse to refund us. We had to book another hotel and we lost our two days stay.

"Bad humidity level"

It was terrible. When we arrived the humidity level was really high. We went to our room, it was dirty, dark, humid and we had a 2 days reservation. But when we open the door we knew we could not stay here. At the lobby they explained that they lost power a couple of days ago. We explained that because of the level of humidity and with our kid who has asthma, it was a security and health issue. We ask for a refund but they refuse. We left. Never again for us.

"Bad tub"

Only issue I had was trying to fill the tub took to long.. in a hour and a half I only got about 3 inches in the bottom and the water would not get hot. The tub was the only reason we got the room.
