This hotel was a complete let down - especially for the price. The staff was distracted. The rooms were minimal but ok. Paint was peeling. Stains on ceiling. And a weird smell I couldn’t get to go away even with open windows. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I chose this location for a night in Santa Barbara. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel.

Close to airport. Ample free parking. Pleasant staff.

Very overpriced for the quality. Room very outdated. Door didn’t latch properly. Huge gap around the entire entry door. No shampoo, conditioner etc. One tiny soap for bathroom. The shower chair in tub gross. Burners in kitchen rusty. Super loud refrigerator. No ice bucket. Thin, rough bath towels. No suitcase stand. Breakfast was minimal, packaged muffins, coffee.
