The place had no pool no hot tub no where to sit outside had to ask for coffee because they were always out of it. Breakfast was nothing but unhealthy.

Room was a step above motel 6 not what I expected of extended stay america, I had to ask for toiletries. Room was run down, fridge was dirty or oxidated.

Erg ruime kamer, zeer schoon. voldoende parkeerruimte om het gebouw heen. Grote koelkast. Grab en go ontbijt was prima, koffie was lekker.

inchecken ging niet helemaal perfect. Onze kamer was nog niet klaar. De jongedame aan de receptie was vreemd. Klom over de bali heen omdat ze geen sleutel had. Katte een oudere gast af omdat hij toevallig naar haar keek. Vroeg wel drie keer om mijn naam en paspoort. Liep zeker drie keer weg tijdens het inchecken om iets uit te zoeken of weet ik het wat ze aan het doen was. Heel vervelend. Er was een kitchenette in de kamer, maar deze was helemaal leeg. Er is wel keukengerei te verkrijgen bij de receptie, geen idee of je dit moet betalen. Airco geeft een hele vervelende penetrante geur af.

No plates, cups, utensils, shampoo. Phone to front desk never picked up. False alarm fire alarm went off, too.

Pros: I appreciated the size of the room and kitchen set up. The staff was fairly quick on their responses to requests, but I feel that since I checked in at night, I didn't get the best intro to the hotel and information. I liked the convenient location and ample parking. Cons: The AC unit does not stay consistently on, so it makes a lot of noise when it turns on. Would've appreciated a more stable AC unit. The water was warm at best, making it difficult and uncomfortable to shower in the cooler weather. I expect that there would be hot water for my week long stay. Overall, good value for the price I paid, but not sure I would be back at this particular location.

This place is pretty gross and run down. You have to get shampoo at the front desk. If you want new bedding, you take it off your bed yourself and bring to the front desk and they give you new linens. No housekeeping unless you stay for 14 days. Staff was fine. Room was very clean. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and we were woken up at 3am by the room next door “using their bed” so aggressively that our bed was shaking—we at first thought there was an earthquake. Its basically a seedy hotel. Santa Barbara is a safe area generally so it wasn’t scary but this place is bare bones.
