L'hôtel est un peu vieillot

The rooms were a great size and very comfortable to stay in. We all had a room with a sea view and a balcony which was great. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking but we decided to pay for breakfast most mornings as it was good value for money.

I feel the staff could have been more helpful. For example we had to collect towels from reception when the maid forgot to replenish them and also collect and return the iron and ironing board to reception. I've not experienced that before as most hotel staff would bring them to your room.

Manque des frigos dans la chambres

The hotel is located in a residential area beneath a block of flats, which wasn’t obvious from the photos or description when booking. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we experienced an ant problem in our room, they provided ant spray and a broom so we could deal with the issue ourselves. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented. Unfortunately, there were several drawbacks. The food in the restaurant was very bland and lacked flavour. The swimming pool is located some distance away, requiring guests to walk outside past approximately 10 tennis courts to reach it. There is no pool bar, and drinks must be ordered via WhatsApp. In our experience, messages either went unanswered or we were told the service was closed. There is no sandy beach nearby. Instead, there are rocks with access to the sea for swimming. Guests should also be aware that there are very few restaurants within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is quite hilly, with steep inclines making walks longer and more challenging, especially in the heat. Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the helpful staff and clean rooms, but the location, limited facilities, ant issue, and lack of nearby amenities would make me think carefully before returning.
