Problem z klimatyzacją na szczęście został usunięty przez obsługę hotelową

The location was fantastic. Beach was close by and about 30 mins walk to Alicante or 10 mins drive. Hotel had lovely breakfast and amazing swimming pool area. Plus, staff were super nice.

Main thing we didn’t like was the bedroom as it was a bit outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and bathroom needed updating as the tub was rusty. Plus, you are sharing a door with the room opposite you which was locked but still felt weird.

The rooms were really clean, there was access to the swimming pool and tennis courts, air conditioning was available, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable.

A bit of chaos at breakfast (too many people and not enough seats), no glasses or cups in the room (we had to ask for one) and the swimming pool opening hours for hotel guests were too short.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie d'un grand confort, idéale pour bien se reposer. Le petit-déjeuner était tout si top, avec beaucoup de choix et de très bonne qualité.

Petits points négatifs : il manquait un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre (très utile pour garder des boissons au frais) et l'eau du robinet restait tiède. Enfin, la piscine est très bien, mais elle se trouve vraiment loin de l'hôtel.
