THIS HOTEL LACKS BASIC MAINTENANCE! It has things malfunctioning, breaking and god knows what else all over in all rooms! OFFERS NO BREAKFAST (included) UNTRAINED/UNCARING STAFF! There has been an instance of a housekeeping lady just BARGING INTO THE ROOM using her master key WITHOUT KNOCKING! This was AFTER the room had been serviced! It was an absolute INVASION of privacy! BAD LOCATION! There is absolutely nothing of any use to a tourist near this hotel. Just about any place a tourist needs to visit is SO FAR from this hotel and you HAVE TO take a cab and spend atleast 20 mins (No traffic) and 30+ mins(traffic) in a cab! ROOMS ARE IN A MISERABLE CONDITION AND NEED IMMEDIATE RENOVATION! The hotel rooms of this hotel are more outdated than a hotel room of the 90s! I have been HARASSED by this hotel! AC of room 1 (737) BROKE DOWN! Had to change room at 4am! Room 2 offered in replacement of room 1. The DOOR of room 2 (111) FELL FROM HINGES the next day!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à nos activités était parfait. Le lit était très confortable. Les employés étaient très sympathiques et à notre écoute.

L'insonorisation au niveau de la porte n'était pas adéquate. Nous avons été réveillé très tôt le samedi matin par des personnes qui discutaient dans le corridor.

Emplacement parfait. Stationnement accessible et gratuit. Très intéressant considérant les activités aux alentours à distance à pieds. Proximité avec des restaurants et services.

Par contre, les lits étaient inconfortable. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit. Lit trop 'court' en longueur, trop petit en largeur (pour 2 personnes). Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre pendant la nuit, incapable de partir l'air climatisé. Lit très dur, couverte pas très propre. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit... pour le prix c'est ordinaire.. Porte de salle de bain ne ferme pas complètement. Check in TRÈS LENT. La première fois nous avons quitté car trop long. Service au restaurant très lent aussi. le resto n'était même pas plein, le serveur a oubliait nos commandes..
