The stay was excellent. It was a clean nice room. Customer service was great.
Was cheerfully greeted, quickly checked in and shown to our room! Thankfully the AC unit worked as we checked in when it was 108 degrees! I like the idea that the room had hardwood floors. It prevents odors from staying in carpets. Hall carpets need to be replace. Matresses also need to be related, but we're comfortable enough for the night. Didn't try the breakfast.
I’m absolutely disgusted. The pictures on the Expedia app were not for the right hotel. The Missouri flats was so dirty and gross. I feel completely ripped off on my money. I felt gross being there and completely unsafe. This hotel was worse than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The bed was less than 2 feet off the ground, probably 30 years old. I may not use Expedia again after this recommendation.
The housekeepers are Debby Downers. Knock on the door at 8-9am.. when I called the desk they say I needed to put my dnd sign on the door but I also didn’t have my “service please” sign up either. Being that I wasnt checking out that day, they could have the courtesy to wait until 11-noon before they come tapping on the door like cops. Look through the peephole and u see two angry ladies with their hands on their hips like I’m wrong for sleeping in! I paid double for a different hotel and moved.
It’s a clean, affordable place to stay. The woman who was at the front desk on Friday and Saturday evening is brilliant—she makes sure that people are taken care of, not only as guests but also as human beings.

Riped up carpet Filthy carpet’s hair all over the bed bath tub no clinging lot of drug attic’s homeless people it’s one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at in my life ! Dirty lobby ! I never ate there ! There’s a 1 hour movie about this motel !

Book room for 3 nights.locked out of room 2 nd night no pass key to get in room. Kid on the front desk asleep.had no clue. Slept in my truck. Came back at 430 next day still couldn't get in the room Until 6.00pm joke
