Good place to stay when attending a concert at SPAC. Close by atca fraction of the cost of other hotels in the area.

King, the owner, is a great host. It is rustic accommodations, but all guests have been there before, and are friendly. Great location. Close to all types of dining, Saratoga, and Springs, and race track. We will be back for sure. Not for fancy folk.

Interior. Rooms sheets didn't match both beds. Alot of wear and tear showing in the rooms. The door had scribble and notes from previous guests. An extra $20 maintaince charge to rent the room when we got there. Stay away. We went to another hotel. No thick curtains or blinds. No privacy.

opened the door and immediately needed to get a towel from the bathroom to swat at the flying bugs that were on the walls and ceiling. bathroom shower floor had black mold & a giant spider on the wall. the room smelled musty and moldy. left immediately and found another place to stay.

Might have been good 20 years go, but now it is absolutely not, The rooms are not clean, very small bathrooms (need to back into toilet) shower barely big enough for one person and NO WIFI. There were people smoking in the open door of their non-smoking rooms. There was not smoke detector, just wires hanging from the ceiling (probably because of all the smoking. The manager was not very friendly. Sorry to say, stay away.

No wifi, no smoke detector, people smoking in their room doorway, broken window shades, no blanket on bed, and poor customer service.
