Robin Hood Motel

Location. It was clean.

Tiny room, teensy bathroom, neighbors constantly smoking outside our door, noise in the middle of the night. No phone, no tourist or service info, very limited breakfast (bagels and coffee). Worn and tired building.

The close proximity to Saratoga Performing Arts Center was THE ONLY positive direct of our stay.

The filthy bedding and bathroom walls, the completely closed pool, the broken TV and the ride and harassing manager were all such a disappointment and not at all what we expected after looking at the description online. We weren’t expecting a glamorous stay but this was horrific.

Mold on shower and curtain . Have pics I wish I could send . Person in charge was not helpful . Seen him cleaning a room with a toilet brush . Never changed linen! Please don't send people here ! Absolutely awful place . Also pool has closed!

The location was the only good thing.

The pool was not open. The door to get in did not have a security lock. You had kick door to shut it. It was all taped up on the bottom. Bedding was horrible. Bathroom was the size of a phone booth. We were in the back of motel. Very buggy. There was also homeless people living in some of the rooms.

They are upgrading at the moment. Very close to SPAC

Door frame wasn’t finished off, pool was not opened, hard time with the room key working. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and stated he is trying to get the owners to update the place.

Location was great.

The pillows were flat.Tthe bathroom shower was moldy. The air conditioner was dusty and cob webs were on the ceiling above the air conditioner.
