Sandman Hotel Calgary Airport

We got one room, but it was very dirty and we asked to clean it, and they just gave us other room. Look at the batroom, it was dirty. Overall costumer service was okay, didn't use any other things at the hotel other them my room.

I initially checked into a room that smelled strongly of fresh paint, which was difficult for me since I’m sensitive to odors. I went downstairs to let the staff know, and while they were able to accommodate me with another room, it came with a smaller bed. The first staff member I interacted with was an absolute delight—very kind and helpful. However, the other two staff I dealt with came across as dismissive, which dampened the overall experience.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. We also had dinner at Chop restaurant which was very delicious. For a 1 night stay to be near the airport for a flight the next morning i would definitely recommend it.

Very cuatomer focus

It is fairly clos to the airport. The onsite Moxie's is more expensive than the regular one. The shuttle service is unreliable ans scarce (I was left waiting at the airport for an hour during the day and had to call twice). The front desk staff doesn't pick up the phone, had to call several times and wait for over 15m for anyone to pick up. Will not book this hotel again

Had an issue with the room cleanliness but the management quickly gave us a different room.

We stayed for one night, the hotel is very clean and there’s a Moxies next door. Close to the airport and easy to drive downtown.
