Staff was excellent. The renovated rooms and hotel were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were okay. The air conditioner did not cool the room very well.

The building is old and rooms are not well maintained. We had to ask for towel replacements both nights we stayed there because they were not washed properly.

This was one of the worst stays, the air conditioner was extremely loud and the front desk person said they couldn’t change the room because we booked with Expedia they only allow limited rooms so basically the old broken down rooms, also the pillows were very hard, usually at a hotel you get a couple different sizes and again they said this is all they had.

Ac unit was the loudest thing ever. Touch up service was abysmal, they replaced our towels but didn’t make the beds?? Disappointed with the service. Room itself was clean and the beds were comfy. Our key cards stopped working after 1 night which was extremely frustrating. The parking is limited in the front lot, but there is parking available in the back lot. Was annoying getting in and out. Front desk staff was very kind and understanding. I’d stay here again but only as a last option.

Staff were very unfriendly. Originally booked a pet friendly room a month ago and was told the night before that it was not available and that I needed to pay extra fees to upgrade.

It was good

Room looked worn out. Carpet appeared dirty. Not a very pleasant place to stay.
