"It was just OK!"

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated. There was a broken glass top to one of the bedside tables. It was nice to have a balcony but the seat was very uncomfortable. The reception staff weren't good. We waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come and check us in. There was no one around. I later went to ask for extra pillows and a different lady gruffly said one moment as I opened my mouth. She then continued doing what she was doing and walked away out of reception. I then needed to wait for someone else to help me. All very strange.

"Pedid una habitación lejos del ascensor."

Las camas son cómodas y el personal amable. El desayuno es sencillo, pero cumple. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito. El edificio es muy bonito por fuera,

Estaba en una habitación (109) al lado del ascensor, y éste hace un ruido horrible, así que pude dormir de 01:00 a 7:00. Si hubiera tenido una habitación lejos de él mi experiencia hubiera sido diferente. No deberían usar las habitaciones que estén cerca porque el ruido que hace es tremendo. También hay ruido del los motores del aire acondicionado que están en la parte de atrás del hotel. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas y no debería tener mas de 3, siendo generosos. Está bastante antiguo y aunque la limpieza diaria es buena, hay cosas que necesitan un repaso de vez en cuando. Como los cubresomier que deberían ser blancos y en algunas zonas están muy sucios, o el grifo del lavabo que tiene zonas verdes. También la silicona de la bañera tiene muchas zonas negras.
