Hôtel Authentic by Balladins Dijon/Marsannay-la-Côte

Hotel is in a good location not far from the motorway, externally the hotel looks very nice. Friendly staff on arrival, Family room was tiny, dated and had a suspicious 'sticky' carpet! bathroom again was very dated and run down. We decided against eating in the restaurant and went out to eat, there are decent local establishments that we felt more comfortable eating at. Overall the pictures online make the rooms look much nicer than they actually are and you are able to get much nicer hotels in the areas at a more competitive price.

Stop over on way back home, Room a little small for 4 but ok for 1 night. Restaurant good, kids wafflepops were a hit.

Nice friendly hotel in a suburb of the town was ideal for our stay, driving to Spain. We ate at the hotel and due to our poor grasp of French ordered an unsuitable meal. This was exchanged with good grace, very hood

Room clean and small, but perfect for 4 for overnight stay. Staff helpful. Restaurant food not great.

One night stop off on way back to Calais, arrived late evening as restaurant was closing nice welcome and chef still made us some much needed food, lovely basic room, also easy to find from motorway.

Great value hotel and really friendly service very helpfull

This hotel is very tired. The beds were uncomfortable, with plastic sheets which left me feeling very tired in the morning. The restaurant was ok, but service was very slow, breakfast was exceptionally basic. There are so many hotels which offer much more for a similar budget, next time I stay in Dijon, it will be in one of them!
