Basically clean, beds were soft comfortable

When we arrived there were NO towels of any kind , no shampoo or conditioner as advertised, tv had no signal, the FREE breakfast was totally empty 45 minutes before end , I asked employee for food , bad attitude ,refuse to help , had to go spend 45.00 in town for breakfast , employees bad

"Pleasant stay with WiFi issues."

I liked the spacious suite and the bathroom products. Beds were comfortable and clean. TV channels were great. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed fitness center and spa/pool area. I also liked the complimentary tea and lemon water.

The WiFi was only working in the lobby area and didn't work up on the 2nd floor in room 215. I phoned the receptionist and she was going to call the internet provider, however, the internet didn't work for the duration of stay. There were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival and we had to call and wait some time until they arrived. Toilet did not flush well.
