pedi modificar la reserva por booking dos veces por un problema en el viaje y ni me contestaron. por lo demás, el hotel está bien situado y los servicios correctos, pero no vale lo caro que es.

The property’s facilities are run-down with insufficient upkeep, most notably the shower and bathroom fixtures.

לא היה נקי, מיושן מאוד, סבונים בריח לא נעים, לא קיבלנו מספיק מגבות עד שביקשנו.. הכירה במיטבח לא עבדה, המקפיא לא עבד, הוויפי עם קליטה ירודה מאוד. בקושי עבד. לא ממליצים לשהיה ולא נחזור

The location of the property to the national park entrance is great, if you’re not able to get a spot in the park itself.

Our main issue was with the kitchenette. We booked this property to have cooking facilities. When we turned on the stove, the metal heating elements began to smoke, a sign they hadn’t been cleaned properly. To counter this we went to turn on the extractor fan, but it had no filter so just blew smoke around the room. Given the kitchen is right next to the bed, this was pretty disastrous. We told the hotel staff and they said it was normal for the extractor fan not to have filters (it’s not - as stated in the extractor hood), they also said it’s normal for the heating elements to produce smoke (again it’s not). This was very frustrating, and they didn’t seem to understand how filling the bedroom with smoke was an issue, let alone a health and safety risk! After much back and forth a maintenance staff member fitted a partial filter. The level of support, and understanding from the staff was poor.

שיבצו אותנו למבנה עם מעלית מקולקלת. צריך לעלות ולרדת 2 קומות במדרגות עם מזוודות מאוד כבדות. כשנכנסנו עזרו לנו עם המזוודות, כשעזבנו לא עזרו למרות שהבטיחו לעזור, צלצלנו אמרו ששולחים מישהו לעזור ולא הגיעו. הפסדנו זמן יקר בבוקר בכניסה לפארק ובעיקר במציאת מקום חניה ובמקום על השאטל. הצוות מזלזל באורחים ומשדר תחושה של ״אתם צריכים אותנו יותר משאנחנו צריכים אותכם.
