Property didn't meet the expectation. Overpriced hotel room was right infront of swimming pool so chlorine smell was even in room. Not enough parking. Washroom needs renos. Only plus was nice friendly staff
The check in was a breeze, the girl at the desk very friendly. The unit we had was clean and comfortable. Its soconvenient to town, but not too close. We really enjoyed our stay.
The property was old, and it showed. Could definitely use updates, especially for the price.

We did our best to reason with the management about our cancellation regarding the WestJet strike. They refused to negotiate with us on adjusting our stay or refunding us. We had hoped that they could give us more leeway given how difficult it was for us to deal with our flight cancellation but they could only give us credit until the end of the year (the tourist season ends in October). We had only a few of our party able to stay and the service was unsatisfactory. We urge anyone reading this review to reconsider Maligne Lodge for their inflexible booking policies

Like a cheap motel and expensive
Was a great stay! We had kitchenette and they have all the stuff for a kitchen like frying pan, cutting board ect room smells good and just over all clean. Would be nice to have a over head above the stove for when cooking and the bathroom to have fan for when showering but over all was a great stay! Would definitely stay there again.
