Maligne Lodge

Their poolside rooms are terrible, no circulation of air and central HVAC doesn't work well and it was a struggle to sleep in the night. Not friendly for travel groups, we travelled with friends and family and they couldn't accommodate us in adjacent rooms.

When we checked in , we were supposedly given a complimentary upgrade.however they had put us over the front desk , between the laundry room and maintenance room, very noisy The room was extremely hot and not able to adjust the temp. Toilet seat was broken and couldn’t regulate the water in the shower. Went to the hot tub but the jets weren’t working. Overall the place was very old and not kept up. Would not recommend.

Good location. Property is ageing and could definitely do with a renovation. A good deal for the price in Jasper.

You have to tell them to clean the room everyday. Otherwise they would not come to clean your room at all.

The facility is clean. Comparatively, what we paid was fair. Only complaint was that there's no exhaust fan.

I didnt like that the toilet/shower are in a room while the washing basin is outside . I didnt like that the shower nobs are very flimsy

Nice staff

Loved that they provided free laundry machines to use, and it had a tv in the laundry room for when you had to wait or fold clothes. Also loved that there was a restaurant onsite, and that coffee and koolaid was accessible in the lobby. And loved the views. I would stay here again. Large rooms, comfy beds, and lovely bedding to sleep in.

Kindly service was good. Facility is Outdated; room is small and compact with not enough electric outlet to plug in my tablet and smart phone

Place was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff is a delight. Great place for the price.
