Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until July. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. Hotel needs major upgrade. In the rooms. Hallway. Stairs. Needs new carpet. New everything. Remove popcorn ceilings. Better lighting inside rooms. Bathrooms were clean. Exterior of buildings were beautiful and lobby was beautiful.

I made a huge mistake and booked my stay for sept 1st but arrived in August. The man at the desk helped me fix that issue instead of making me go back to booking.com to fix it. Which was a MAJOR help. I was so tired after a long drive and was very happy he was able to help me. However, not only that--the man who checked me in also upgraded me to a bigger room because of MY mistake! They ran out of the smaller rooms I had requested and he upgraded me free of charge. I was happily shocked. I also loved that this Inn had a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I also have to take medication with hot water after each meal and every single server was kind and willing to fill up my thermas with hot water. The view from the restaurant was also amazing. They are located in the perfect area! Would definitely stay again.

From the moment that Tatihana checked us in until the checkout the next day with Victoria who is a literal gem to this establishment. From the heated pool and jacuzzi area to the community fireplace to bring able to walk to the resort... MMI is def my new favorite place to stay in Mammoth and with the A+++ customer service exemplified by the staff, namely Victoria... I am just so happy, impressed and can't wait to come back asap. Ty Tatihana and Victoria and the rest of the team for working so hard to make everything so pleasant!!! You're the gems of that team!!! ✨️
