Excellent hotel, exceptional in every way.

We had a short break, but would have loved to stay longer. We had a warm welcome. The reception staff are lovely! The room was nice and well maintained. The dinner and breakfast were great. Would definitely recommend ❤

Very nice and clean it's not the first time there, the indoor pools is much better now, cause there's also an adult area.

I always want to come to this hotel when I visit Malta; it's a wonderful place to stay.

Location handy for Gozo ferry. Price for half board average. Good shower. Food was lacking in presentation, labelling and choice(variations on a theme…same foods presented in different nationalities). Music a cacophony of sound in the public areas which were all ready noisy because of the lack of soundproofing fabrics. Poor hygiene monitoring in the dining area, parents allowing unsupervised children to help themselves to food …with their hands! Staff were helpful but often untrained, it seems.

We had a very enjoyable stay . Both breakfast and buffet dinner were delcious , restautant was very busy, they need more restaurant staff. Plates werent cleared from tables and no one asked us if we wanted any drinks. The most enjoyable part of our stay is the entertainement , darts , uno csed games and there is always entertainment in the evenings. Definitely the best hotel in Malta for family entertainment. Well done to all the animators.

I ate the free hotel breakfast. 2 hours later I had food poisoning and spent the rest of my time in the hospital there. I contacted the hotel for support and they refuse to talk to me. Also, don’t book a taxi with them. They will tell you one number and the taxi driver will make you pay more. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area near to the port for Gozo. It is quite isolated and there are no shops or restaurants nearby, so bare this in mind. The hotel restaurant had a variety of food with themed nights which was more than sufficient. Breakfast was same every morning with cooked, cold and pastries. A lot of complaints that water is not provided at dinner, but there are water points on each floor, so just fill a bottle and take it into dinner with you, not difficult. The staff were excellent and the entertainment was good, they had someone singing in the restaurant every night, as well as scheduled entertainment in the bar area. Beds are hard but large, and my only complaint was the howling wind through the room doors where guests had left the balcony doors open at night, had to use the AC to drown out the noise. Would recommend if you want an all inclusive hotel with paid excursions, not so much if you want to wander the areas at your own pace, although bus services are 5mins walk and €2.50 to go anywhere on the island.

The hotel was nice, although no shopping anywhere near it, which bothered the guests who did not book all inclusive. We had a car, so it was not a problem. The elevators were a disaster. On our floor none of the call buttons worked other than the service elevator, for most of the time 1 elevator was completely out of action, and in such a big hotel, only 1 working elevator was a big problem. But the food was nice, pool, bars and lounges were very nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
