Honestly best experience I’ve had with a hotel! The location is perfect. The room is spacious. There’s a huge bathtub to relax in. And the staff is all super nice. But the friendliest are the vallet. They give you the best treatment! And they are super humble people. Remiro gave me princess treatment and the upmost quality service. Definitely worth the stay!

We were able to spend time with business contacts and were transported effortlessly to and from our event. The weather may not have cooperated, but the service was second to none!

First I want to say Amazing valet parking service with Jairo is fast and easy. After that the check in is a breeze and the ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL 🤩 Bar is friendly and bartenders are so sweet!! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jairo and his entire team at Valet were so kind hearted, warm, informational, and super helpful. Everyone at the breakfast buffet was so sweet and accommodating. The level of service was amazing. Our check in host was amazing and sweet as well. It was a wonderful experience.

"INTERESTING OPTION IN HOUSTON"

Located in downtown Houston (not the best area), it's a historic building, which gives the hotel a certain ambiance, but also makes it feel dated. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff service is very good and friendly. Being downtown, it has many options within easy reach and is also just steps from the POST Houston, where there are many choices for food, drinks, art, entertainment, and more.
