The location was good and it was easy to navigate the area with plenty of parking.

The room was not very clean. The bathtub had hair and the sink was dirty. It would have been nice to have more towels and a second bathmat for the jacuzzi tub.

All was good except the A/C unit was very noisy. I did not sleep well because of that.

The first thing I noticed when entering the room was the mildew smell. Then I noticed that the bathtub or sink was properly washed. Last I noticed there was a roach crawling on the tv stand.

Smell when you opened the door got worse as the night went on. Shower barely drizzled, towels were stained and the walls and ceiling covered in mold and rot.

Terrible Wi fi connection Never pick up the garbage and dirty towels from our room daily. Everytime I went to front desk no one was there. I had to wait about 5 minutes. I was overcharged for my stay. They did not honor Booking.com price.

Aweful. Right when we stepped into the room, the smell of cat urine was overwhelming. Bathroom was filthy. Bedsheets/bedskirts were dirty. To top it off bugs were climbing on the door. The front desk attendant had just told us the room was just renovated. Felt super unsafe also. Do NOT book here. Thankfully, the front desk attendant refunded us.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner made some odd noises but it worked. The bathtub felt like it was split in the middle so while we took showers, we prayed we didnt fall thru the floor. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was green.
