Quality Inn & Suites Hardeeville - Savannah North

I have stayed @ this location several times while traveling to FL. This is one trip I wish I hadn't. We arrived late at night, having made a reservation for an ADA room. We got to the room and later discovered it was nowhere near compliant. There was not enough space between the end of the bed and the furniture for a mobility device. The worst part, though, was the bathroom. There were hand rails in the shower area but not one near the toilet. On top of that, the toilet itself was low-profile! This was not helpful at all - it was the opposite. Still, we stayed because by this time it was nearly midnight and I was unable to travel further. Upon checking out, I mentioned the room not being truly compliant but there wasn't much response. I did talk to Choice Hotels about the situation and they credited me with some reward points for the inconvenience, which was nice of them. I only hope they followed up with the property to correct the problem.

Location off the highway - not too much close though , kind of a run down area

Dirty , bathroom had mold, and floors were gross stains on walls , one of the rooms in the suites none of the outlets worked and the lamp didn’t work as well , we had been on the road for a long time and needed to get out of the car we dealt with it , we also noticed on the way out our room had to working smoke detector

The room has a smell in it. I had to go to Family Dollar and purchase a Lysol spray. Once I was in the bathroom with the door closed I could see the mold on the back wall. Through out the space you could see mold on the walls. It appears that someone just painted over it. I booked a suite and the floor was soiled. I hope someone look at suite #124 and fix the problems. The TV remote was taped together.

The place wasnt the cleanest. Cobwebs across the ceiling. The bathroom was in need of an update. Shower wall was cracked, toilet seat needed to be replaced and looked like spots of mold on the ceiling. One good thing, the beds were comfortable! We had the tv go out and we were pretty much accused of damaging it! Didnt even touch it, it just quit working! Would we ever go back there? Probably not!

Wasn’t terrible but not the greatest

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean. However, the wifi in the room was beyond bad. The smoke detector was disassembled, the TV was an updated roku tv but the display quality was horrible, the phone didn't work and the water faucet had 2 small streams of water that can out. All the items were brought to the attention of the evening desk but nothing was done. They offered to change our room but we were too tired.
