INVITE Hotel an der Kaiserburg

The location

When we checked in the girl at the front desk refused to help me. She insisted that I go to a self checkout kiosk, and when I couldn’t find my reservation, she insisted I keep trying (in the meantime she booked in 2 other people). After several attempts I checked in, which involved putting in passport information, personal information and making my own keys (!!) I tried to ask her a question. She told me that I could come back later and ask questions “when people weren’t there”. Unfortunately, we thought breakfast was included, since we got no information, and we’re disgusted at checkout to be charged 144 Euro for two (2 adults and 2 kids) mornings of basic breakfast!! Nowhere did it say there was a charge or mention a price. If we had been informed of this, we would have gone out for breakfast. The front desk clerk was also unhelpful and unfriendly at checkout. The rooms are very outdated and are in desperate need of updating, also there is no air conditioning or fans. The shower is a small corner stand up unit.

it was a nice place to stay , the staff at check in was absolutely lovely.

酒店前台很友善，位置很好！距离地铁站和城堡都很近，走路就可以到。

酒店没有提供一次性牙刷，拖鞋等，可能是欧洲的酒店都这样吧。
