"Een schitterende locatie met prachtig zeezicht, maar niet de vijfsterrenbeleving die ik had verwacht."

De topligging aan het strand, het prachtige zeezicht en de uitstekende bediening maakten dit verblijf bijzonder. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de sfeer was ontspannen en luxueus.

De sfeer en de algemene entourage spraken mij minder aan. Het type gasten en de uitstraling van de service pasten niet echt bij mijn verwachtingen. Daarnaast vond ik het ontbijt erg teleurstellend en niet in verhouding tot het niveau en de prijs van het hotel.

Hotel an sich ist von innen schön, Pool und Strand Bereich auch sehr ansprechend.

Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein, Bedienung am Pool (abgesehen von einem) schwer zu greifen und somit hat man teilweise sehr lange gewartet. Balkon bei unserem Zimmer sah runtergekommen aus und hatte keine Möbel.

The location and the spa and beach areas.

Did not like the use of paper cups instead of china in the room for coffee tea facilities. The lifts were always busy with a wait.. more lifts needed.
