personale dell'hotel, del concierge ( la signora Andreea fantastica ) e dei ristoranti è stato eccezionale, simpatico e molto professionale. per il resto i servizi della struttura sono di livello ed il cibo anche. un particolare ringraziamento al team del ristorante italiano tra cui Dario, Rosario, Gabriele, Mattia e Giullia ecc ecc

in assoluto ciò che ritengo non idoneo è stata la chiusura dalle 14 in poi della piscina per festeggiare un matrimonio. in primis simo stati informati all'arrivo, a seguire l'idea di non usufruire di un servizio pagato che doveva essere a ns disposizione non ritengo professionalmente corretto. per non parlare poi dei festeggiamenti con musica ed urla fino alle 23:30. inoltre secondo episodio è stata la chiusura totale della spiaggia... mi sembra di aver capito per l'intera settimana dovuta ad eventi.

Очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал , это большой «+» отелю .

Из-за F1 не работал пляж , тк готовили под мероприятие и будет закрыт еще неделю, мы выбирали отель на пару дней из-за своего пляжа, пришлось идти на другой оборудованный пляж и не было свободных мест на паковке, хотя, при бронировании указано, что предварительная бронь не нужна.

"It was good besides the wifi problem"

Location

Wifi at the bedroom sucks. All week trying between cellphone and computer to work and it was unstable. 90% of the time didn’t work. The hotel tried somethings but still, nothing. At least they gave me a discount for this problem.
