When the bathroom light was on, it sounded like a plane engine which was terribly annoying

Staff were friendly - and busy around the holidays. Price and location are good. We were travelling to see family, and weren't planning to spend much time in the hotel. The extra space of the suite was nice, with kitchenette, fridge, etc. People from many different places were around during our stay, coming from out of town to also visit family. On first glance, room seemed less clean - more due to poor paint job on doors, etc. Bedding and towels were crisp and clean. Our second day, we settled in and it felt more homey. The gym on first floor is simple, and nice. Decorations for the holiday were beautiful!

In Kitchenette, RM 326, hot water faucet on sink didn't work. Breakfast was nutrigrain bars, tiny packaged muffins, and coffee/tea. Some people cook in their rooms, so hallway can smell a little like food sometimes. (11/25/2025)

It’s convenient because I have family 20 minutes away in Roxborough.

Bathroom was not cleaned at all, room smelled like cat pee.

Comfortable and quiet

The General Manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. It made the best impression and experience for my stay. I will definitely spend my next visit in this establishment because of the positive hospitality!

I want to give praise to Andrew for his efforts and help through out my stay. He was very nice professional and tend to my needs with a Big smile each time! Latasha was also polite and helpful as well they both are great!

Very friendly staff. Shakeia at the front desk was very respectful and helpful. The general manager kim was extremely professional and made my stay smooth as possible. Safe environment that I would recommend to others. I definitely will be staying here again.

Worst experience ever. Roaches in room Posted ask for what you need... No plates available,, cups,,dish soap, utensils, Wet pavement. Disabled,, fell on pavement. The staff was OK not great Buyer beware Do NOT stay here
