Comfort Inn & Suites Chattanooga West - Lookout Mountain

Other than a McDonalds next store nothing really convenient around. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast was okay at best. Room was nice but hallways were hot. Okay for an overnight stay but would look elsewhere for longer stay.

Was about what you would expect. We are Choice loyalty members but were a bit surprised that the mattresses were so firm. Parking was adequate and the included breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't know the area but if we had, given our plans for tourist activities, we would have stayed in downtown Chattanooga. We had planned on seeing Lookout Mountain, hence staying here, but NPS was closed due to the political dysfunction. Pay attention to the location of this hotel and if it meets your logistical needs, I would have no reservation about staying.

Very clean and comfortable! Within driving distance of lookout mountain as well as downtown area.

The location didn’t have much other than a McDonald’s and a gas station, but it was within a short distance of all that you can think of.

Good breakfast clean rooms. The staff is very kind the only down side was you could hear the interstate, but also its located conveniently by the interstate. The pool was nice it was fairly cold but my kids enjoyed it.

Room 319 smelled like urine. The carpet was wet and sticky. I’m assuming someone peed all over the room and this is something housekeeping should notice especially because of how bad the room smelled. I would have liked to leave the hotel and find another one but it was midnight and I am traveling with 4 kids. We were moved to another room. Overall the hotel is pretty run down and disgusting.
