"Failed with the simple things"

Good location and reasonably modern feel to the place.

Failed with the simple things. Ran out of coffee pods for the rooms. Ran out of yogurts for breakfast. Ice machine on our floor not working. No routine room clean in a 3 night stay- “just ask for a service and we’ll refresh your room/ towels”- we asked, they didn’t do anything. Seems to be ran on a shoestring despite the top-dollar room rates!!
