The space of the room.

My room was not cleaned during the day on my second night after returning back to the room in the evening. I was not told by staff that you had to request for your room to be cleaned if you stayed two days or more. Therefore, my room was not cleaned all day during my stay on the second night.

It was a nice place to stay but had several issues with the room. The bathroom faucet water barely dribbled out. Because it was a handicap room water would drain onto the floor when you took a shower. The A/C made hissing noise while running which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed there wanting to use the pool but when we went to go in we noticed what could have been vomit floating in the pool and the pool water was not moving like it was being filtered. We also cockroaches in the pool/laundry area. The food was decent and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn’t not stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to check out early due to family things and we did not get a refund because we booked through a third party.
