Quiet, per friendly, friendly staff.

Light ingress to the room from the ground flood lights and the flood light from the building next door. The black out blinds are not effective in this situation. The building drainage system was inadequate for the rain we recently had here. The drainage doesn't take the water away from the building. Rather, it contains the water close to said building. The SE corner was flooding the shelter as the downspout was emptying into the shelter and surrounding are.
