Afschuwelijke herrie veroorzaakt door de badkamer ventilator- kamer was heel warm (buiten was het ca. 12 graden) ventilatie is niet goed mogelijk dan alleen door een schuifraam pal aan de straat. Vooral 's nachts is dit zeker geen ideale situatie. De aanwezige losse airco maakte zoveel lawaai dat ook dit geen oplossing was.

Great location and the staff were very reasonable to deal with.

Aging rooms, thin walls and lack of care when cleaning (I saw dirty tissues under the bed and old bars of soap left in bathroom). The pool would only be appealing to an 8 year old. NB. My stay was also affected unplanned construction right outside my room window which made me uncomfortable however the manager was really helpful about that and was able to offer me a partial refund for the time I was not able to be in my room - since that was resolved and the staff were nice about it, I didn't let that affect the rest of my review.

Nous avons pu séjourner dans une chambre avec notre petit chien, qui a eu une surprise à son arrivée, merci ! Il y a un parking devant les chambres, mais si vous arrivez tard le soir il y a moins de place. La chambre était très propre. Nous avions accès gratuitement à une salle avec machine à laver et sécheuse, c'était super. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la piscine et des jacuzzi ! Il y a un restaurant juste en face de l'hôtel. Bien situé dans Jasper et pour le parc national.
