"Perfect verblijf"

Perfect hotel. Wat een service. Had mijn schoenen laten staan. Keurig opgestuurd en snel ontvangen. Zelfs met een leuke Bastion Hotel Dakar Racer auto lego pakketje erbij. 😁👌🏻

er was weinig goeds te melden dit keer...

Kamer was klein, rook erg muf, warm water duurde een eeuwigheid, verwarming viel telkens uit waardoor de temperatuur sterk schommelde (rooster hing ook al scheef aan de muur). ik had betaald voor late-check-out omdat ik nachtdienst had en word tussen 11am en 3pm 8X wakker gemaakt door de schoonmaak en receptie om even te melden dat ik moet uitchecken... vervolgens kom ik uitchecken en krijg ik te horen "tja dan had je het bordje maar op de deur moeten hangen" (moeiste was dat op het werkrooster mijn kamer als late-check-out was aangemerkt)

De locatie vlakbij eind doel

Toilet bleef doorlopen Ijs en ijs koud in de badkamer Check out 12 uur… schoonmaak stond al te kloppen om 11:15 dat we de kamer uit moesten. Werd aan de receptie in eerste instantie genegeerd met mijn klachten
