Quality Inn Lone Pine near Mount Whitney

They are in a good location.

The first floor was being renovated and when I checked in they said there were no 1st floor rooms available. Yes, there is a note outlining that when you check in but there should be a notification for travelers BEFORE you make your reservations (i.e.: on their website or on Booking.com). I have severe mobility issues and had to drag my very heavy luggage up their stairs since there is no elevator. Their digital key card system is horrible and I had lots of trouble accessing my room...needed several attempts to enter each time I left my room. Their pool is closed during the middle of the summer. This also should be communicated to travelers at the time of booking. Using their pool and spa was one of the primary reasons I booked at this location. Lastly, they were doing maintenance on their water and on Wednesday, during the middle of the day, water was shut off to my room for over 2 hours. I couldn't shower and prepare for my meetings. This is my 2nd time staying here. The first visit was pleasant (which is why I rebooked here). I am extremely disappointed with my stay and the $600 I spent to stay 3 nights was not a value at all. The staff was not empathetic at all when I raised my concerns. I would like part of my payment refunded due to the poor quality of my stay.

Het is een goede plek voor op doorreis en ook perfect om even te stoppen bij de Alabama Hills. Ze zijn bezig met renovaties dus je zal wel in vernieuwde kamers slapen. Verwacht zeker geen grote luxe, gewoon basic comfort.

Ze zijn aan het renoveren en dit werd niet vermeld op voorhand. Het zwembad is gesloten en ook hierover werden we niet geïnformeerd.
