Red Roof Inn Madison Heights, VA

Everything was great except for the toilet handle.

Close parking, the check in lady was wonderful, so sweet and kind, needs a little updaying but overall not a bad place to stay.

Dirty towels, dirty room, thin walls, no safety latch on door (broken!), room was not cleaned each day, no DO NOT DISTURB door signs in room.

Dog poo all around the building. Nice room.

This hotel is awful. I cannot believe the reviews it had on your site. The place is run down, failing apart, dirty and bug infested. We walking into the hall way at night and ran into a huge roach. The room smell like marijuana. The beds are uncomfortable and old. We had to cut our trip early because we could stay there any longer. It’s a terrible place to stay.

This hotel smells like weed and there were cockroaches in the riom and hallway. We couldn't even stay 1 night.

The Red Roof inn was very run down and very dirty. Hallways smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The room wasn’t much better. The shower was full of red and black mold. And the sheets and blankets on the bed were supposed to be white. They and many spots and stains on them. The final blow was the bugs and flies in the room and in the bed. My wife, daughter, and I had many bites from the 2 night stay.

Staff was wonderful-very helpful and accommodating. Outside of the building needs updating, but the room was updated well.

Had to leave after one night at the hotel…don’t stay here.

The outside of the hotel was really run down, as well as the hall and stairway. The rooms we beautiful, updated and clean. The staff was very friendly.
