Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Glade

Excellent all around! Clean, friendly staff, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring St Louis!

The property was very nice. It was quiet and very peaceful! The only drawback is that all of the amenities close at 8pm. That was a disappointment. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

This property did not match up to the above average rating it received. It was ok, but far from a 9.2/10. The GOOD: very spacious rooms, large bathroom, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a variety of meals. Parking was close to the room, and plentiful. The patio overlooked a grove of trees that was very peaceful. The NOT-SO-GOOD: The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable at all. We were there for 6 nights and my wife could not take the bed after a few days, opting for the couch, which was better, but not great. The room was very musty when we arrived, but after opening up every door and window for the first two days it got much better. Staff was not very helpful, and seemed disinterested when we told them about our toaster shorting out and sparking. The BAD: Every time the upstairs neighbor flushed their toilet, our toilet bubbled loudly. We arrived after hours, and the night clerk was "not authorized" to give us the wristbands that opened the doors and gave us access to discounts around town (which we later found out was their way of cornering us into a timeshare presentation). We encountered 4 employees during our stay, and although they were not rude, I honestly couldn't describe any of them as pleasant or helpful. Not sure if I would stay again.

Living room chairs and sofa Very uncomfortable.

It took a long time to get hot water in the kitchen, bathroom sink and shower. The bathroom needs updating. The outdoor furniture needed cleaning as did the railing on the porch(mold).

My whole family loved staying at the resort. It was clean, had activities for us to enjoy as a family, the people were friendly and informative and everything was easily accessible. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

The stay was fabulous.

Even with 3 other units in the building it was quiet. Our unit was clean and the bed comfortable (the couch not so much), Check in was quick (and other than having someone try to convince us to take advantage of a"free" vacation at one of their other resorts) relatively painless. Although she did give me some good info regarding a vacation rental site to try. We was there for the 127 Yard Sale so was gone all day and therefore didnt use any of the amenities. Definitely need transportation to get to them. Be aware there are very few dining options (a bar & grill and a mexican restaurant) close by. There is a grocery store and having a small kitchen you can always cook.

We were again able to get the 2 bedroom unit in the area we like to stay in. It makes our trip such a pleasure!
