Conveniently located near the main sites of interest in town. The building and rooms are very nice.

We took a 2-night side trip from Venice to see Ravenna’s mosaics and could have stayed longer because Ravenna has more to offer. The hotel was excellent — lovely accommodations, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a location that worked for us. We were able to walk to all of the sites we’d planned to see and discovered more along the way. Also could walk to and from the train station.

I originally booked at another hotel, but upon checking in we were disappointed in that facility, which didn’t seem to match what was advertised. That hotel was gracious enough to release us from our commitment and we thankfully found Hotel Palazzo Bezzi was able to accommodate us. Bezzi was clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast included, and a very friendly staff. Ravenna itself is incredible so I may find myself back there someday and would definitely stay here again. Location is convenient to all the sites, with any guided tours starting at the Basilica of Saint’Apollinare Nuovo, which was literally 150ft away.

Vicina al centro e il confort

Nonostante abbia dovuto lasciare l'albergo in anticipo per motivi personali, mi sono trovato molto bene, un peccato che non abbia potuto restare più a lungo. Ho dormito in albergo soltanto una notte ma sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della camera davvero bella, spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff eccellente, attento e professionale. Ottima la colazione, superlativo l'aperitivo. Mi è stato spedito il caricatore dello spazzolino elettrico che avevo dimenticato in camera. Ho apprezzato molto il gesto, grazie.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful reception. Quite well situated.

Some areas of less than 4 star quality maintenance. Shower pressure in our 5 floor room poor. Roof terrace uninviting. Breakfast quality average and breakfast room over lit and clinical. These seem minor gripes and they are, but if they sweated the detail a bit more it could be a 5 star hotel / and it’s not cheap.
