Bruit venant de l hotel autre chambre ou ds les couloirs en dehors de notre chambre. Sèche cheveux casser. Seulement 2 serviette de bain pas de serviette pour s essuyer les mains. A notre arriver a l hotel la carte fonctionne pas pour rentrer dans la chambre l’hotesse s accueil nous a fais attendre 30 minutes et nous dis que nous sommes arriver en avance alors qu il ete 12h 12h30 et l heure d arriver a l hotel est bien a partir de 12h donc pourquoi nous dire que nous sommes venus trop tôt.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est calme mais absence de Parking pour les clients. La chambre est propre mais pas de climatisation. Il y a un petit ventilateur sur la table et qui fonctionne mal et bruyante. C'est lamentable!

Accueil désagréable, soit disant n’avais pas ma réservation il me dit que l'hôtel est complet alors que j’ai payé il a fallu pousser de la voix pour qu’il vérifie la boîte mail de l'hôtel et trouver ma réservation. Sinon l'hôtel en soit est correct.

Que de déceptions ! la climatisation était en panne, nous aurions bien aimé le savoir à la réservation ! j'ai demandé une brosse à dents car oublié la mienne ! pas de stock mais à côté de l'ascenseur un distributeur avec brosse à dent à 3 euros ! A l'accueil il m'a été dit que les magasins n'étaient pas encore fermés et que je pouvais aller en acheter une ! les rideaux de notre chambre étaient déchirés; mais le petit déjeuner vaut le déplacement !

Nous avons du annuler notre sejour apres avoir vu la chambre. Clim en panne depuis plusieurs semaines. Alors que le site dit clim. Chambre vétuste traces de caca sur les toilettes. Indigne... taches sur les draps. Seule note positive la gentillesse de la personne de l accueil. Bruyant fenêtre ferme mal nous sommes partis sans dormir.
