"This hotel was in very bad condition and was not what we expected"

We did not enjoy our stay at super8 by Windham Henrietta Rochester area. 1.The bathroom ceiling was falling down and moldy 2. The mirror was not cleaned, and there was toothpaste all over it from former guests. It was also falling apart. 3. The toilet seat was worn and you could see the bare wood. 4. There was no complementary body wash or shampoo. It was empty. 5. The trim by the bathroom drawer was filthy and all the paint was coming off. 6. The beds were not made properly. The entire bottom part of the bed was never tucked in. 7. The floor was sticky in spots and had grainy things on it and need to be vacuumed and washed. 8. The complementary breakfast that was listed on the website was canceled with no notification. This was not what we expected from a Wyndham hotel. Needless to say, we will not be using your facilities again and we will not be recommending you.

"for the amount of time we spent in. the room it was fine."

free wifi and parking, suburban location near RIT and Univ of Rochester.

no breakfast though they arranged with a hotel across the busy street to allow us to eat at the BayMot. Around the shower the walls needed attention: try bath fitter! Shower itself was fine.

The bed sheets smelt like cigarettes, there was hair all over the shower floor, the bathroom was dirty, our towels were stained, the bed sheets were stained. Disgusting.
