The front desk staff were able to address all my enquiries and were very professional, especially Ryan and Elvis.

房間乾淨舒適，飯店位置很好，距離大型商場走路約10分鐘。服務人員態度也很好。

The hotel staff, particularly Oscar at the front desk, was absolutely fabulous. We could not have done it without him. His english was very good, his food recommendations excellent and he totally went out of his way to arrange transportation for us to get to the Grassland of Xilamuren. Lily was also a big help in the process and we are very very grateful and lucky to have had them both help us.

I had requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. Took extra time to change rooms. I did like that they had an entire floor that was non-smoking.

the food in the hotel is normal, if it can improve, it will be better
