Lovely resort, huge selection for breakfast. Free bikes, lovely staff. Comfy beds

Nit picking here, but I prefer a pool I can stand in - huge pool but over 2m deep throughout. Nice to have area with volleyball etc on the kids side.

Everything is in one spot. Location, staff, food and facilities are all exceptional. Very relaxing stay. We were upgraded to a premium room as parts of the hotel are under construction which is being dealt with professionally. Loved the additional wellbeing offerings including Pilates, yoga, and spin cycle rooms.

We realised that our $500 cash security deposit wasn’t returned at check out after we had left the hotel. We were advised a week after our stay that they had our cash and could hand deliver to us however we had already left for home. A genuine oversight has obviously happened and the hotel is doing the right thing but the lack of timeliness is disappointing.

Great location, comfortable and quiet room that had recently been refurbished. Extensive buffet breakfast, delicious Japanese restaurant on site, great pool, complimentary bike hire, and happy hours in the afternoon at the beachfront

Some renovations still happening which meant it was a long walk to the pool from our room as some areas were not accessible

It was immaculately mentioned and the staff was very helpful witn every question I asked

quiet and exceptional staff at the pool and on the beach. Loved the beach view very beautiful
