Beautiful location and I would recommend the hotel to my friends

I would have preferred little milks for tea in the room rather than powered milk

I paid for expensive room 300+$ per night and got the room extremely far from the beach and main how. Have to spend 8-10 minutes just to get there from the lobby. I paid for king bed, but got two uncomfortable queen beds. They didn’t prepare the room by check in time and I have to wait 40 minutes for a room after 3 pm.

I paid for expensive room 300+$ per night and got the farest room in the hotel. It took 10 min just to get to the lobby. I paid for kings bed but got two uncomfortable queen beds that too all the space in the room. the room wasn’t ready for check in after 3 pm and I had to wait 40 minutes.

Almost none, we just experiencing water leaked fr from washtafel at room 5700 at also card key malfunction at room 5702

The staff were so friendly and greeting you that friendly smile. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and had very thing you needed for a great holiday

We loved our stay! The grounds and property were just stunning. Loved being able to use the bikes to bike along the beach path. The pool was lovely and never an issue getting a lounger. Having cold water stations at the pool was great to keep hydrated. The onsite fitness facilities were great, we used the indoor and beach gym, did the ice baths. And a Yoga class. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, we loved the juice and smoothie station. We would stay again.
