Douche ne fonctionne pas, verre à dents sale. Pas de plan de la ville (serait inutile d'après la réceptionniste car l'hôtel est au centre ville !).Une compensation par jus de fruit m' été proposée ,j'ai préféré une bouteille d'eau pour le retour qui m'a été refusée car la bouteille était consignée !
