Location wasn’t too bad about 20 minutes from the beach and high street on a quiet street.

Cleaning was very poor room dusty and bathroom grubby was moved to a basement room after asking for the room to be cleaned. The room was below the main corridor so constant walking, running and screaming above head all night should not be a guest room. Also shower blocked, no real windows due to being in the basement you have to shut them and draw the curtain or looked out onto a brick wall. No mini fridge.

The reception area and breakfast room were great, as was the bar area. It looked very modern.

I booked a walk in shower but we were given a bath with overhead shower which my husband would have been unable to use. After I queried it we were upgraded to a family room in the basement and we had to walk down 2 flights of stairs- no lift. In the first bedroom the wallpaper was peeling off and it looked dreadful, the second one was a little better but you could see it was starting to peel off in there too. We think there is a shortage of staff as we waited quite a while for bar staff to appear.
