El Dorado Seaside Suites, Catamarán, Ecoturistic Ranch, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

The resort's overall atmosphere, the quality of the food and drinks, the amenities and activities offered, and the level of service provided by the staff was exceptional. Its a beautiful resort with very friendly staff.

We loved the property and staff. The golf cart transport around the grounds was a nice thing. Grounds need to be more handicap accessible. The people with Lomus (especially Geremo not sure how to spell) were RUDE! We ended up renting a car and got around that way. He was so rude we didn’t even use the more inclusive option.

This is a fabulous property. My friends and I enjoyed everything about it ! We loved our room in the Seaside Suites. The view was incredible. The pools are lovely, the beach areas are beautiful and the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars. It is all walkable if you want and are able, but there are shuttles (golf carts) that will take you wherever you want to go as well. The staff are the nicest and friendliest that I have ever experienced at a hotel, resort or on a cruise. I hope to return again some day !

This was our 2nd time and we can’t wait to plan the next one! We absolutely love the seaside suites! Had the 6th floor this time and the views are incredible! Get lost in just watching the waves from your balcony! Everything from the food, the staff, the perfectly maintained and beautiful grounds, all of it, just amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help you! Love all the options from food, activities, Bali beds, relaxation, and the list goes on. The Palma side beach is beautiful and loved swimming in the ocean! Big thank you to Alfredo from reception for taking good care of us, Antonio at Gucamayas was the best ever and Victoria from housekeeping! Only complaint is that I absolutely love going to Guacamyas for the entertainment and DJ sessions but this year they shut it down quite early. Supposed to go until 2am but started closing around 12:30. Hopefully that comes back! See you again in 2026!

El Dorado Seaside is a great option for a beach vacation. The resort is huge! With multiple options for room type and setting you want. The staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The whole place is beautiful. We stayed in the 'swim-up' building with pools right off your balcony on each floor! So fun! It's also an easy walk to the pool or the gorgeous beach. There are multiple restaurants and cafes, and room service is included at no extra charge. There is a fantastic spa where you can get service inside the spa or on the beach at no extra charge. This is a great resort for couples or friend groups. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a very short stay but enjoying ourselves. We wish we were told more details about the property like restaurants locations and bar locations it wasn’t until we were leaving that we learned about the other dinning options. During our stay we had a room with a swim out which we didn’t use because the water was very cold. I feel there should be a bar or night life option for the seaside suites section as everything closes very early there. I do want to shout out our personal Butler/ concierge Johanna who went above and beyond to make our trip a good one.

The beach is small, and walking in the ocean my feet got cut up from all the huge rocks. Some of the staff was unfriendly. They have golf carts driving you around but had to tip them everytime. Was annoying. The build needs outside maintenance. For the money it cost to stay there was not impressed.

When I say this was the most horrible hospitality I have ever experienced, everyone lacked accountability. I booked excursions through the company they have on the site and they took my money promising 3 excursions were included when I arrived at the water excursions I was told one of them wasn’t booked. I asked for it to be resolved and it was just a run around. Multiple times they did not know I speak Spanish and were speaking amongst each other trying to give me a run around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to attend this resort.
