Room was freshly painted. New floors. New beds. Newly refinished shower/tub. Big tv. It was very clean inside room. In quiet area.

After paying with debit card for room ,we had to pay a 100.00 deposit they held until we checked out. The water wasn't even warm enough to shower. And upon arrival we were told they no longer had smoking rooms. The heating /cooling system was so loud we had to turn off to sleep.

No ice readily available refrigerator not working. Clearly under major reconstruction especially in area where my room was located.

The price was accurate for the condition of motel

It is very out of date and super banged up. The rooms need a complete overhaul. The furnishings are several damaged the walls are super stained and torn up. That being said it was super clean. Smelled fresh. Sheets were clean and bed was pretty comfy. I felt safe. Dont skip the little Mexican restaurant thats in there parking lot. It was excellent all the way around.

The price

The front desk person told us the room we had requested wasn't available and the only thing she had was a king suite. I told her I needed something for the price I booked for and she suddenly found there was a room available at my price. Also they charge a 100 dollar deposit for the room which I was prepared for. But instead of taking it off the next day she charged my card for it and then refunded it which to 5days to put back. Other hotels I have stayed with only put through the hotel cost and within 1 to 2 days the deposit is back in the bank. I won't be staying at a super 8 again. On the way home we stopped at another hotel and the deposit was released back to my account immediately.
